Items sold on Bestbuy.com fall under the return and exchange policy just as they would if you bought them at the store. Unless the product states it is refurbished (which means Best Buy Geek squad has determined the product is functioning like new or repaired it to do so), it is new and will be coming from a Best Buy store. I have purchased several gaming laptops and never had any issues.
