I believe that you can use the USB-C port for charging, however it does run at a lower wattage and thus I believe that the CPU and GPU will not run at full power. I believe "full power" for the CPU and GPU is probably around 80 W.

In box material indicates that you shouldn't charge it with anything other than the provided charger, but I'm sure you can at least get a trickle charge in a pinch.
