A:Answer I was wondering the same thing, but, another user answered this for me. But in short this is a model made and sold specifically for Best Buy and only for Best Buy, this model does not have Anime Matrix there is no way to get it (on this particular model) . If you would like a G14 with Anime Matrix you have to buy it from a different vendor, although I have noticed they are more expensive (at least the ones with the 3060 Graphics Card in it).
