Is the RAM and/or SSD upgradable by the user? null

No, the RAM is soldered on the motherboard and no available RAM slot for upgrade. The SSD is on a M.2 slot and is upgradeable to a maximum size of 4TB M.2 SSD.

RAM is not upgradable. There is one NVME ssd slot, so if you wish to upgrade you have to take out the original ssd, clone it, then add your new one. Its is possible to upgrade through which is nice. The wifi card is also upgradable, which is also nice.
