It's just above the screen in the center. It's 720p, 30fps. A light will come on when it is activated.

Yes there is, I don’t know the specifics on MP or resolution but it is effective and smooth for zoom. My middle son uses it for his schoolwork and they utilize zoom. His teacher can see him with no problems and she can hear him too. Hopefully this helps you with your purchase.
