Not that I have seen but it is just the face that is white. I recently bought and have been very pleased.

ATT does not make phones. Geek Squad is unable to help with Remote or possibly even Store Support if not working If unit fails a dial tone just unpug the phone for 10 seconds to rest. DUHHH
