You will do much better buying a Tel-Cel SIM card and using their internet locally, SIM cards are easy to swap out in / with this wireless Modem / Router model. at&t is BRUTAL on international rates. Also, I would take the battery out of the unit and plug it directly into a power converter if you are going to keep it full time in your vehicle so that you dont keep powering the battery. This extend your battery life and the unit doesnt need one to work as long as its kept plugged into a power source.
