A:AnswerIf you have an active plan with att or tmobile(i think is the other carrier) you should have wifi with it. Look on the router screen and with it plugged in go to the settings page and do a restart
A:AnswerThat depends, the nighthawk will not get the same level of signal as your phone. The antennas are a bit weak, but you can take it and check and then return or if it has low signal get external antenas or a signal booster installed
A:AnswerMany people, like myself, live out in rural areas where connection both to an ISP or a cellular network can be quite spotty. These hardware hotspots can not only utilize their data more efficiently compared to sharing a phone's connection, but can also connect to external antennas to improve signal.
A:Answeryes, the nighthawk hotspot works great if you have att cell service if you get service from a private seller on ebay . you will need to pick a monthly plan.

In the box was a small tri-fold white sheet with "limited hardware warranty" on the front. I don't find a duration, but it says "For warranty support, please contact: AT&T Customer Care at 800.331.0500.
There is also a section that says "To register your product, receive the complimentary support period, and view general product information and documentation, direct your Web browser to https :// my.netgear.com/registration/ login.aspx - spaces added hoping to avoid this answer being rejected.
A:AnswerNo. It will not work, it will only work maybe 10-15GB, whatever your hotspot allowance is, you might need to check out third party resellers like unlimited4gdata (.) com you need a dedicated hotspot plan for it.
A:AnswerYes it can be unlocked but why do you want to go with nomad internet when they don’t even have their own plans but use other companies to provide them data. Like unlimited4gdata.com has their own plan whom I use for over 2 years now.
A:AnswerThis is what I do. I removed the battery and plug it in for the day (I unplug it when not using it), but I found I have to reboot the router occasionally. It will look like I am connected to the Internet from the system tray, but webpages will not load and Slack messages will not send - during this time I never get a message that I've lost my VPN connection and remote desktop still works. The reboot is usually quick enough that I do not have to manually reconnect to VPN or remote desktop.
