Q: QuestionI will be working from a storage unit for a while. I do not want to hard wire a Internet connection. Is this what I would need, given there is a signal? I will have a Desk Top PC to work with.

• A:Answer That depends, the nighthawk will not get the same level of signal as your phone. The antennas are a bit weak, but you can take it and check and then return or if it has low signal get external antenas or a signal booster installed

In the box was a small tri-fold white sheet with "limited hardware warranty" on the front. I don't find a duration, but it says "For warranty support, please contact: AT&T Customer Care at 800.331.0500. There is also a section that says "To register your product, receive the complimentary support period, and view general product information and documentation, direct your Web browser to https :// my.netgear.com/registration/ login.aspx - spaces added hoping to avoid this answer being rejected.

Q: QuestionCan this device be plugged in all day? Can I remove the battery and plug it in and have it work? Some devices must have the battery in. I do not want to use the battery, I want it to be plugged into an outlet and run off of that 24/7

• A:Answer This is what I do. I removed the battery and plug it in for the day (I unplug it when not using it), but I found I have to reboot the router occasionally. It will look like I am connected to the Internet from the system tray, but webpages will not load and Slack messages will not send - during this time I never get a message that I've lost my VPN connection and remote desktop still works. The reboot is usually quick enough that I do not have to manually reconnect to VPN or remote desktop.
