- Answer For a headset find any with a 2.5mm jack. Note: the standard smaller size for a cell phone or computer is 3.5mm (Vs the large 1/4" jack).

- Answer I purchased the TL86103 with the base and one handset. We wanted an additional handset so bought the TL86003 separately. It syncs easily and the headsets are automatically "numbered" by the base as "HANDSET 1", "HANDSET 2", etc.
