A:Answer The screen is not a touch screen, to access the menu you must use the mechanical button with the "--" directly below the word menu. Also the phone has the ability to make and receive calls on up to 5 lines (two wired landlines, one wired softphone, and two bluetooth cell phones) thus to make a call you must select the button for the line on which you wish to make the call rather than the more universal "call" button you would find on other phones, so for example to place a call using line one (the first wired landline) you push the " L1" button, and to place a call using the first connected cell phone you push the "Cell A" button.
