- Answer I just purchased a SECOND set for a friend who needs a 2 line phone. YES, this can have up to 12 handsets. I have 4 on the original one I own, and with a new base unit for my friend, I have 3.

- Answer This is made for the USA - 120 V plug. You would need to convert it to use it, unless in an international marketplace you can find one set up with 220W.

- Answer The telephone installer wired my unit, (line 1/L 1 +L2). There was a lot of trial and error attempts. If it didn't work, he had to take the unit back. It finally worked at the end of the day.
