Make sure that the computer or the device has the bluetooth paired to the bluetooth on the Audio- Techinc Stereo. Once you have it paired, make sure nothing else using bluetooth is blocking the signal. Make sure the blue light on the Record player for the bluetooth is on. That means the bluetooth is connected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you can hear disc/stylus noise then your turntable is connected. I would next assess if the stylus or tone arm are damaged. Rejturn the unit for replacement.
