I don't think there is a difference. The Ocean and Sky variants are Best Buy exclusives. The Ocean is equivalent to the Pearl and the Sky is equivalent to the Forest. If you look at the back of both boxes the Ocean has the same specs as the Pearl and the Sky has the same specs as the Forest. So, if they are the same prices, buy whichever is available and if one is cheaper than the other, then buy that one.

There wont likely be any discernable difference in the quality if the video signal. For any differences you shoyld be able to do a side by side comparison on the Best Buy website where there is an option to highlight what sets each brand apart. I hope this helps.
