• Short answer is no. If you know someone that has a playstation and is willing to allow you to use it for remote play, then you can do it that way, but you can only play when they're not on the system.

• You couldn’t before but now they offer a subscription but it’s a WiFi based connection so it may lag.

• No, you have to have a console and connect to it with the PS Remote Play app.
