hopefully you bought the protection plan or are a Total Tech member, if so, I was able to bring mine in for a full refund/swap. My protection plan was for 2 years and my left side stopped working after a year into using it. Best Buy protection plans are pretty amazing and they've always helped me out without any hassle or headache!
