• Select a large, fixed object you want the safe to be attached to (e.g., a heavy table leg, bed frame, or other immovable anchor). • Wrap the cable around that anchor object, and thread one end of the cable through the loop at the other end of the cable to form a secure loop around the object. • Open the safe • Locate the cable slot on the safe. • Insert the unused loop end of the steel cable (with the metal stopper portion) through the cable slot of the safe. • Close and lock the safe. Then tug on the cable slightly to confirm that the safe is securely tethered to the anchor object
