I used them with a Google pixel 2 and the sound is poor. I don't really recommend them. I tried the Beats X and the Powerbeats and returned both. I ended buying the Bose soundsport.

They’re just Bluetooth, so yes. You just won’t have the benefits of battery meter and easy pairing on an Android.

They all the same features work, pause/play , volume up and down,. These are Bluetooth headphone so anything with Bluetooth will work with these.

I purchased these recently, along with a Beats Pill+ a while back. I have zero connection issues using a Samsung Galaxy S9+ running Oreo (8.0) but using a Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge running Nougat (7.0) and a Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ running Marshmallow (6.0), it is unable to connect to either source though it finds them when Bluetooth is enabled. These work great with the S9+, however. The worst part is when you get a phone call, the sound drops to the old headphone type sound, then jumps back with the fluid sound with bass and everything when the call finishes.

Yep, they connect like any Bluetooth headset. The onboard chip is optimized for Apple (auto-connects to all of user’s devices), but that doesn’t affect the quality of function with android devices.

Not sure about Android, but they hook up to my Windows 10 Bluetooth with zero problems. I switch between my iPhone and windows computer all the time. I imaging it would be same with Android.
