Can’t find card. What does the warranty cover and for how long? A year ??? null

It's supposed to be for a year but my experience with the warranty is that it doesn't cover anything. Apple will say in chat and in the store that they'll replace them and that they never "repair" them but then send you the exact same pair and say they've been repaired, and literally nothing has been done to resolve the issues. Mine have been in for service for the same issue 3 times now and they still don't work. Assume there is no warranty.

You'll have to contact Apple if you are having issues but unless you purchased AppleCare, they come with a standard 1 yr mfg warranty
