They are not waterproof as claimed. There is no IPX rating. Anything more than sweat will ruin them.

So for instance my Samsung 8+ has this rating: Water-resistant and dustproof based on IP68 Rating, which tests submersion up to 1.5 meter for up to 30 minutes. This product does not advertise any specific rating, so you need to treat it like any normal well made electronics, it can get wet indirectly like rain or sweat, but you cant go swimming with it. There are swimming headphones if that is what you want.
