• There is a one year warranty on them. You can have them repaired by Apple for $100, or $80 to replace battery outside of warranty.

• I had a pair that had charging issues. Wasn’t able to fix them by updating firmware.

• Haven't had this problem and I have 3 pair but you can call apple for warranty information. You might want to try another charger if you have not done this also.

• Resetting is pressing the power button and the volume down button at the same time for a couple of seconds. Hope this helps!
