The earbuds on my old pair easily broke away from the ear harness twice. I was wondering if this issue is prevalent, and if so, was there anything done to remedy it? Is there a warranty plan that covers this issue? null

I've had no issue with them breaking away. I haven't had them long, but I don't see any hint of trouble at this point.

You need to locate the 800 phone number call the customer service department, they will issue a return number it sounds like they have a defect. They are pretty good if it is on there end they will replace the earbuds.

I wear them around my neck and place the earpieces inside my clothing. The buds would get caught on my clothes as I pulled them out. So I dabbed a tiny drop of gorilla glue on the inside, the interior edge of the buds. They havent fallen off since.

You can get a nice warranty with these plus it comes with multiple size ear buds and ear wraps to fit perfectly.
