What type of warranty do these have? null

Warranty covers all type of damage for a year and Apple will replace them at no cost to you. Will be sent a box with instructions inside. Place your old headset inside and send it to Apple. Usually fix/repaired/replaced and shipped back within 7-10 business days after receiving the old pair.
