At the time when I bought mine the salesman told me that Best Buy didn't offer extended warranties due to Apple having their own. Might be something to look into but I've had issues that Apple has had no problem taking care of.

Please try again later.I would not recommend buying extra warranties on one device because at that point you’ll just be wasting money and by then the price will drop dramatically on the device or better yet it would be on sale. So in other words don’t renew warranty on old devices
