“They keep falling off my ear when running. I have small ears. How do adjust the part that wraps around your ear?”

• Although the wrap around part of the earpiece is not adjustable, there are different sized buds. I’d imagine using larger buds may help keep them in your ears. I would also recommend just carefully caring for the part that wraps around ie try your best not to stretch them, keep them in places that aren’t squished etc

• Gently move the ear prong towards the ear bud...its metal inside the rubber so it will conform easily
