hopefully the year warranty is still in effect, if so contact apple care and you'll have a replacement pair within a week. If there out of warranty then welcome to the club, I have 2 pairs that will no longer charge. I sent my last pair in 5 times for replacements. Sweat seems to cause this issue, there is a class action law suit against apple because thousands of people are having this issue. Jabra sports pace are $49.99 that are way better and it comes with a 3 year warranty.

Beats products are backed by Apple’s 1 year warranty. So as long as it wasn’t caused by misuse or intentional damage you’re good, Apple will fix or replace.

Contact Apple and have them sent in. It’s actually quite common error in this product but Apple is good about fixing or replacing it for this problem.

If they don’t charge then you would take it to Apple and hopefully there is still warranty on them within that one year
