• I do not have a Macbook but an HP Computer running windows 7 with a USB Bluetooth adapter. The Powerbeats2 connected no problem; however the Powerbeats3 are an upgraded Bluetooth technology and cannot connect to my outdated USB adapter so maybe your Macbook is an older version/OS?
