• There are different size ear wings that come with the ear buds and it all depends on your ear. Mine stay pretty great while weight lifting and jogging.

• Yezzir. I have used it for such purpose. Just loop them around you ear for them to stay in your ear(you wont have to keep readjusting them). BUT...if you want the ultimate wireless experience regarding active activities....I recommend you invest on the Beats Powerbeats.
