I purchased this for my daughter to use with her phone which charges. We put her new apple watch and air pods on it and they do not charge. The white light does not come on. What could be the reason for this? Should it be returned? null

I had that issue with my AirPods but come to find out my AirPods were not wireless charging AirPods. Once I upgrade my AirPods everything work as it should with the lights on to show it’s charging.

return for a new one. ours works fine, new watch pods and phone. no problems.
