How long does it take to make soft-boiled eggs? null

Today did my first use of product with eggs. I'm doing 12 eggs, 6 on bottom layer and 6 on middle layer. Instructions say 4-9 minutes for soft boiled and 16-20 for hard boiled. Planning on hard boiled but pulled out 1 egg at 10 minutes from top layer to have a quick bite but still had much clear egg white. So decided more cooking needed certainly for soft boiled than 10 minutes.

I found about 20 to 30 minutes. Depending on the size of the eggs.
