“I've used mine once so far to cook Zucchini, I followed the steps in the instruction manual but after 30 minutes or so, the zucchini was just slightly warm. Is there something I am doing wrong/is there a way to increase the heat on it?”

No way to increase the steam, don’t know what you are doing wrong, that thing heats up steaming in seconds, your zucchini should be melted after 30 minutes, is there enough water in the bottom container, is the tub snug on the bottom & one last check before you return it, is the top on snug or secure, if those questions give you a yes answer contact the distributor
