I disagree with the other reply on this. The "presets" only function to choose a default temperature and to turn on (or not) the fan. Both of these can be chosen separately, it just takes a couple of extra steps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, you have to use the "Menu Button" (to the immediate left of the "Power Button") to choose your option. You must do it fast because it will stick on a choice and no matter of you unplug it, it will still remember that setting when you plug it back in. You have to keep clicking on the "Menu Button" until you get to your desired setting. Once you do that, you can hit the thermostat button and give more or less time & set the temperture as desired.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Think of the presets as suggestions, like you would when trying your friend's recipe in your (regular) oven. You can use them to start, then increase or decrease either or both the time and temperature.
