I have not done cake or cookies but I have done fried bread dough. I get a 11” round cake pan in mine pretty easily. As far as baking goes I’d probably look at the owners manual to see if it’s possible but you can always experiment and let the rest of us know what you did and how it worked or didn’t work. Hope this helps a little
