“This is my second replacement and the inside plastic top where fruits go through is chipped/cracked a small bit is it normal do they all come like this debating on just getting a different brand? Don’t feel safe using it like that.”

Did you receive the product this way or did this happen after using it yourself? It's chute is not meant for whole fruits and veggies, so i usually core my fruit if applicable, then cut it in halves or better required. Most horror stories I hear are from people who try to force large pieces through the chute, then they end up with damaged blades and plastics. It is disappointing that you have to prep more, but the end result is great.
