A:AnswerYou're roasting, you aren't air frying? If you want the air frying, you have to choose an option that uses that function, such as French Fries. I always use that and just set the time and temp to what I want, in that mode, it air fries and the fan is always going, although it is quieter than other air fryers I have had.
