QuestionCan anyone tell me what the blue variation of this product truly looks like. In the first two pictures it's more like a darker matte blue which I really like, but then in the other photos it's a much brighter and shiny blue. Which one is it actually?

- Answer Unfortunately I have noticed that thing too but there isn’t any way to silence it the only thing I can recommend you is to set a timer and turn off before approaching finishing time. Sorry for not being able to give a better suggestion

QuestionHow do I steam with it ? That's a weird question I know , but do I put a lil water in the basket and start it ? I see on the lil instructions book it can steam but there's no more info on it

- Answer Putting water in the bottom will cause it to boil then in turn steam and it's not touching the food. Just don't fill it to high.

QuestionPeople whom are users maybe you can help me How are the presets for the fish setting and the like? I am looking at this unit for those preset functions and would like to know how well they work.

- Answer I have not used the fish settings yet but I feel some of the preset settings are too high. The manual has some settings I go by instead of the preset temp/time. (I included a pic from manual) I found many air fryer recipes online (Pinterest is my favorite) that I rely on. Definitely set timer for half time to flip food or shake to make sure it doesn't over cook. Enjoy!
