• I don't think you can get them anywhere, short of buying another unit. I have one of the rubber feet that is almost useless right now, but I think I can replace it with a balled-up piece of aluminum foil.

• I had the same issue. I hope you have better luck than I did with Bella customer service. After I contacted them and sent them the info and photos requested I was told they couldn't help me and that perhaps I could buy the silicone tabs at Best Buy. Of course BB doesn't carry parts like that. Glad I didn't pay much for the fryer.
