I called Customer care and they said you can look up for replacement carafes on the net. I lost mine while moving and now can’t guess which one would be a match after looking up some options on Amazon. I have attached a pic of one that looked like it could be a match. Since you still have the damaged one, can you plz confirm if this is the correct measurement. Thanks
