“Why can't I redeem my $10 promotional certificate that I received in my email? It is not expired, when I try to redeem it by typing the certificate number in the certificate or promo code box at check out, it says "discount code does not exist" Why?”

• I would take it to the store and see if you can get a new card to replace it.

• This happened to me 1+ times yearly with GoPro purchases (multiple separate receipts = multiple gift cards) _____ Call corporate to get a replacement ____ physical stores are better but limited to zero actions (them calling corporate is better than customers= guaranteed replacement) _____ item purchased if returned deactivates the card (also refunds are reduced by the same value)
