“Is there a way to change the email the gift cards goto after an order has been placed? I had two $100 gift card emails goto an inactivated email by accident . I already updated my email preference, but the resend option still shows the old address.”

• You may be out of luck because I am going through this now. BB will transfer from customer care to digital who is based in India and work on behalf of Bestbuy but not for Bestbuy. They are unable to make changes only able to resend or look up minimal account information. You will need to talk to someone at Corporate which those people are hard to get a hold of.

• There isn't unfortunately. Same thing happened to me. Need to call customer service after item is delivered.

• You can call the help support line and provide them with the order information details and method of payment so they can update, cancel and reissue.
