Yes. TV signals are TV signals wherever you go. It's not like how some countries have different electrical systems than others; like 240v in Europe and 120v in the U.S..

This is an unamplified antenna so it has no electrical input (even though Jamaica is the same as the US) so there is no reason it shouldn't.

This should work anywhere digital HDTV transmissions are. I pick up both English and Spanish (Mexico) transmissions here in Texas.
