Can this be mounted outside null

No, it is designed for Indoor use. I would look at other options if you need an outdoor antenna. If you have a window close to the TV, I would see if this would work mounted to the Inside of the window.

I wouldn’t suggest mounting this outside I have a similar one for around seven years now. I just hang it from the curtain rod in the window or you can use double sided tape in a window that gets the best signal. I do not believe the cord is rated for through walls or outside use. Plus the sun degrade the plastic my old one is chipping from sun damage but still works well.

I doubt it…. It’s trash . Didn’t even work inside .
