• Good for tile and yes it will remove wax. I recommend stripping prior because all the old wax cleanup required.

• Works great on tile, it comes with a rougher scrub head for those tiles that have deep grooves

• It's safe for ceramic tile, but should not be used on any floors with wax on them.
