The water tank does not appear to be that large, however the steamer will run for a good 15 or 20 minutes easily before refilling. We have a large finished basement with ceramic tile and it covers the whole area and still has water in the tank. I had a shark steamer and an H2O steamer and neither had the incredible steam time this unit has. The price is amazing for this steamer.
