Handle is sturdier (previous one - not same brand - the handle cracked after applying pressure during mopping). Steam output is great - and controllable. Water Tank is reasonably sized - if I'm doing all hard floors at once (~1500 sq ft) I will have to refill about 3/4 way thru the job. But this will also depend on steam settings and how dirty something is (in other words how many passes you have to make). Scent discs are nice, but stong. I cut them in half to get a pleasant smell, but not prominent or overpowering. The attachable pads are easy to wash and so far (after 5 or so washings each) they seem to hold up well. This unit cleans really well for the price. Only thing I wish were different is a longer cord so I didn't have to unplug and replug a few times for a large space. I have a large dog who loves to bring in mud, and with winter upon us, it does a great job making sure any salt or watery residue from the sidewalks disappears.

Works very well on my tile floors and the scented discs smell great. Easy to use, and mop pad is washable and ready to reuse. Very happy with this product. The water heats up quickly.

I purchased this because my Swiffer mop was using up so many pads; we have a huge house of all hardwood and tile floors. Additionally, the steam is supposed to achieve a deeper clean. I love that the bottom pad is washable. I wish the cord was a little longer and that it held a little more water, but overall I am completely happy with it and it is so easy to use.

This is so easy to use. Easy to add water, slides smoothly on the floor, head swivels. Takes seconds for it to heat up & lots of steams to clean with. You can't add a chemical cleaner to the reservoir, but I poured it directly on the floor & then steam cleaned - works great!

I owned a Shark steam mop for three years. I liked it at first because at the time I thought it was the only thing available. Now that I am better informed, and since my Shark stopped working, I have found a way better replacement in this BISSELL - PowerFresh Steam Mop. It cleans way better than my Shark ever did with much less effort. Filling the water reservoir is also much easier, as is draining it. I would recommend this to anyone.

After reading reviews on several steam mops and not wanting to spend a bundle, I purchased the Bissell. I use it for my kitchen, 2 small bathrooms and small entry. I love that the floors look and feel clean, no residue like I used to have when I used the Swiffer. The scent disk is a nice feature when you want to add a fresh smell to your rooms.

Love this steamer. Had a Shark for years and thought it was pretty good. When it pooped out, I replaced it with this Bissell. The Bissell is much better than my Shark. The water heats up well, the pads are large and the entire pad gets damp so more of the floor gets cleaned with each pass - unlike the Shark where the steam only came out in one place in the middle of the pad. The water reservoir seemed a little small at first, but I have a very large area to clean and only have to refill once so it has not been a problem. I wish the cord was longer so that I would not have to keep moving it. Other than that I am very happy with this product. I'm almost glad to be cleaning!!

Easy to use, lightweight, plenty of water storage, has two different mop heads and able to add different scents to the water which leaves the house smelling wonderful. The only complaint is that the cord is kind of short

This steam mop is very easy to use. It does a nice job compared to traditional mops. The cord is short so you have to unplug if you have a lot of area to cover and when you unplug it takes a few minutes for steam to build up again. Overall I would recommend this mop.

I was trying to decide between this and a steam mop that used chemicals. I chose this mop because it has better all around reviews. I have not been disappointed. This is my first steam mop, and the best way to think of it is a wet mop that does a better job. On stubborn dirt, you can leave it standing for about 20 seconds, and then continue wiping - the steam gets hot enough to break dirt up. Tile floors end up looking great - throwing my other mops out.

Does much better job than a mop and much quicker. Have used on linoleum, tile, wood and laminate flooring with great results. You do need to be careful on linoleum floors not to leave on while moving things around to mop around them else it will remove the finish. Also recommend that you get a couple of spare regular mop covers as they will get dirty quickly and will actually start spreading dirt instead picking it up. Bissell.com has the best price for mops after joining their membership club that includes free shipping. Should bought it along time ago.

I love the Bissell steam mop. It is easy to use and easy to fill with water without using funnels. The fast water heat-up and 3 steam settings are a plus, not to mention it goes a long way before running out of steam! It makes my old tile shine as if it were new. I am done in 1/2 the time and it seems to be cleaner then before.

We're renting a house with a very large kitchen/dining area with white tile. The previous tenants weren't very clean and I scrubbed the tile on my hands and knees when we first moved in. I really wish I had this steam mop back then, it works great with minimal effort. It's much easier and more effective than any of those newer 'wet spray' style 'mops'.

Works really well and easy to use. Just fill up reservoir, turn it on and go. I don't have pets or little kids so my 'dirt' is just normal tracking in dirt from shoes, etc. Cleans my ceramic tile really well! I can't comment on how well would work on 'set in' grime, etc, but for everday cleaning, this is perfect. It gets really close to sideboards and into somewhat tight corners. Saves me from cleaning floors on my hands and knees.

We were using a Swifter and really like the job this does. It can get down in the grout cracks that the Swifter couldn't, so I feel like it does a better job of cleaning. And I like that the pad can go in the washing machine, so I don't have to buy new pads. It is very easy to use and so far, it doesn't seem to leak anywhere.

Recommend it to all my friends that needs a quick easy clean wet sweep for laminate n wood floors....great steam setting...makes my floors feel clean when I walk on them...you do have to presweep first but gets the job done... I love it...just pull off the pad, throw it in the washer and ur ready for your next cleaning....

Clean enough to eat off! Would suggest it to any one easy to use and if you have back or health problems. Buy extra cleaning pads. That is all I would say. glad I did the research it is better than the $200.00 dollar one. It is just like vacuuming and mopping.

A really great mop for the price. Easy to set-up and to use. I had no idea how dirty my floors were; it got so much dirt and grime up off both our tile and linoleum floors.
