The App is available anywhere you can access the Google Play or Apple Store, however, if you transport a device purchased in the US to a country that is regionally locked there may be functional limitations. Currently, Blink Devices are sold and regionally supported in; The US, UK, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Australia and New Zealand. I hope this helps!
