• I haven't not been oversea but I would say YES. That is the whole purpose of having these camera, being able to watch your house during vacation.

• You can view your system anywhere right from your mobile device through the Blink APP. Blink currently does not offer continuous recordings and when motion is detected, it will trigger a video recording.
