• The app is free. There is no where for an SD card. But it will store for quite a while, if you choose for it to.

• They don't use a SD card the service is free from blink. Amazon company. Very simple but free, can set up recarding times and other options.

• There are no fees to download the Blink APP. The Blink Mini comes with a free trial of the new Blink Subscription service through the end of the year at which time you can continue the subscription for a nominal fee, purchase the Blink Storage Hub (coming soon) for local storage or do nothing, you can still use the Mini for live view and to receive motion alerts it would just not record.
