• Well….. I pretty sure as long as your at home and your hot spot on your phone is available at all times while your there but I wouldn’t recommend! It just makes life easier if you had Wi-Fi because weather or not if your home it’ll work ? I hope this answers your questions

• No you will need WIFI to connect the device to your phone. Sorry you don't have WIFI but you should look into it!!
