QuestionIf I don’t get a subscription and only have the USB in the sync module, will I be able to see stored video from the app or will I have to take the usb out and view from a computer?

- Answer Hi there, When you're using a USB and Sync Module 2 for local storage, you will be able to see the clips from your Blink app. You can also remove the USB and view on a computer if you wish.

- Answer From my knowledge, you only should need one sync module. We have 4 cameras in total on our sync module, 1 doorbell camera and 3 mounted cameras.

- Answer The doorbell will sound on your existing doorbell if hardwired. If not, you can set it up to alert your phone or Alexa or Google device.

- Answer Hi Stacey, and thank you for your question. The Blink Video doorbell can be used wireless but will not ring your existing doorbell chime if not hardwired. However, you will receive notifications when the doorbell is pressed through the blink app on your cell phone or tablet. I hope this helps, have a great day!

- Answer I believe it will. My outdoor cameras are at least 3 years old. I was able to sync this up with the old module and cameras seamlessly.

QuestionNo video just white screen. Sound and everything works fine just can't see anything. module is about 3 feet away from the doorbell so the signal between the 2 is strong. Reset, deleted, reinstalled. Tried everything still no video. Any suggestions?
