“I have been a Blu customer since your launch, Does this phone work on 5g network or is there a pending update on the software? AT&T is forcing a change says Blu does not work with their 5g. I don't want to believe that. Please say it can..am crying”

This is beyond a software update. This is a hardware issue. You would need an entirely new phone from BLU that would work with 5g. And 5g is not cheap. Right now BLU doesn't have any 5g offerings and they likely won't for at least 2-3 years. BLU cuts corners by using the cheapest hardware they can get. They simply can not make a 5g phone cheap.
